Information Technology Business Analyst (España)

IT Business Analyst | Madrid, Spain | 6–12 Month Contract (Rolling)

Responsibilities

• Document and validate business system requirements, map as-is and to-be process flows with Business and IT teams.
• Lead or participate in workshops for requirement gathering, gap analysis, and ensuring all business needs are captured.
• Prepare project documentation, test plans, and support system testing and UAT to meet quality standards.
• Assist with implementation tasks and provide post‑implementation support for successful project delivery.
• Deliver management presentations, train key users, and provide logistics/systems consultancy to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Logistics, or Engineering; Business Analysis (CBAP/PMI‑PBA) or Project Management certification preferred.
