Description

The Information Systems Analyst (ISA) plays a crucial role in supporting the administration, enhancement, and continuous improvement of the Human Capital Management (HCM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The ISA will work collaboratively with Information Systems Manager and various stakeholders across the organization and assist with day-to-day support activities, ticket resolution, business requirement gathering, testing, training, reporting, and implementation activities across systems. This role combines application support, business process analysis, and system administration responsibilities to ensure stable operations while supporting ongoing business initiatives and system improvements.
