Master + 4 years of professional experience
Experience with Kohesio (beneficiary data) and the Cohesion Open Data Platform (programmatic data)
Good knowledge of EUROSTAT regional and country-level datasets
Good knowledge of the BvD’s Orbis database and the EU Industrial R&D;
Investment Scoreboard
Experience in managing and analyzing Horizon beneficiary data
Experience with other EU funding instruments (i.E. RRF data)
Excellent knowledge of R and/or Stata for data manipulation and analysis
Knowledge of Python for data processing and automation
Ability to perform efficient statistical modeling and quantitative analysis
Strong ability to harmonize and integrate diverse, heterogeneous data sources
Ability to produce clear, well-structured technical documentation and metadata catalogs
