1. Research & Strategy
- Identify relevant influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) aligned with brand positioning
- Track trends, emerging creators, and competitor collaborations
- Build influencer categories (travel, lifestyle, Gen Z, regional, etc.) based on campaign needs
- Maintain and update influencer database with performance metrics and insights
2. Influencer Sourcing & Outreach
- Discover and shortlist creators based on audience fit, engagement, and content style
- Initiate conversations, pitch collaboration ideas, and negotiate deliverables
