Infant Feeding specialist
The Specialist Infant Feeding Practitioner (SIFP) will provide leadership in infant feeding and evidence-based support to families with complex needs. They will lead delivery of the infant feeding remit, ensuring high‑quality support to parents and carers, and provide training and advice to professionals. The role supports the Start for Life and Family Hubs feeding workstream, offering evidence‑based information to aid decision making regarding infant feeding.
Main duties of the job
Post holder must provide safe, competent and evidence‑based care, with specialised knowledge and clinical expertise. Responsibilities include:
