About the Job

As a Senior Associate you will work closely with senior bankers to drive client engagement, support the execution of strategic transactions, and contribute to the development of industry insights that underpin our client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Business origination

• Develop and prepare pitch materials, client presentations, and industry analysis to support senior bankers in new business origination.
• Conduct company valuations using methodologies such as DCF, trading multiples, and precedent transactions.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models to support strategic recommendations.
• Perform sector research, benchmarking, and peer comparisons to generate insights that inform strategic recommendations.

Transaction execution

• Assist in the execution of live transactions across different solutions (M&A, financing, and capital markets) alongside product teams.
