Industrialization Pilot - Temporary Assignment

Responsibilities

• Lead the industrialization process and product manufacturability with required robustness while respecting technical specifications and cost/quality/delivery/SSE objectives.
• Oversee the realization, implementation of all production means, and their validation (PVI‑PPAP).
• Manage modification and optimization processes of the manufacturing chain.
• Lead investment projects for industrial means.
• Facilitate the multidisciplinary team assigned to the industrialization project to meet program requirements during the APQP process.
• Define the project framework, roles, and responsibilities of each multidisciplinary team member.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and cost objectives and plan to meet industrialization deadlines.
