**Scope**The Industrialization Manager is responsible for transitioning products from the design phase to mass production.This role focuses on optimizing manufacturing processes mainly on the secondary processes such as assembly and decoration, ensuring product quality, process efficiency and reducing production costs.
**Main activities**- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to evaluate the manufacturability of new products.
