The Industrialization Leader is responsible for defining and driving the industrialization strategy for new products, product upgrades, and design changes across the MRI portfolio.

The role leads the industrialization organization and governs the successful transition of products and technologies from development into stable manufacturing and supply chain operations.

The role establishes industrialization standards, processes, and roadmaps that ensure manufacturing readiness, supply chain readiness, and operational excellence throughout the Product Development Lifecycle Management (PDLM) process.

It provides strategic leadership for industrialization activities across multiple high-complexity programs, manufacturing sites, and supplier networks.
