Program responsibility for industrialization of Car Audio & Connected Car Programs in manufacturing locations. Key focal point for manufacturing readiness for product validation, customer run at rate, and new product launch start of production.
What You Will Do- Lead team of process and test engineers to ensure successful industrialization of automotive projects that launch in multiple global manufacturing sites.
- Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Plan and manage project capital budget, time schedule, and resources for single and multi‑site industrialization projects.
- Active stakeholder alignment with respect to schedules, capacity, and quality.
- Analyze, control, and start corrective actions to achieve project objectives.
