Key Responsibilities
- Act as the key liaison between management and external stakeholders on industrial relations matters.
- Foster positive employee relations and maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Lead IT projects, system upgrades, software implementations, and process automation initiatives.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with departments to identify technology solutions that support business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Relations or Information Technology.
- At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Experience managing IT infrastructure and business applications.
