Industrial Project Manager (Paint & Decoration)

Main Responsibilities Leads industrial projects related to Painting & Decoration manufacturing lines for automotive lamps. Coordinate the construction/expansion of Paint & Decoration facilities and coordinate the design, installation and startup of new production equipment. Ensures liquid application and robotics commissioning activities with the plant and equipment supplier are performed correctly to reach the expected quality and performance levels. Supports OEE and scrap convergences in the different plants (optimization/performance improvement projects, lead optimization /performance improvements in quality of application for Antifog and Hard coating processes). Leads productivity improvement projects (test and validation of new application methods, sprayers, product transfer efficiency, cycle time, etc).
