What does WestRock do?

We are a manufacturing facility that makes corrugated boxes. Nothing fancy, but everyone needs boxes and we are busy and growing! We make boxes for some of the world’s largest suppliers and we need people who want a career in manufacturing to be part of our Smurfit Westrock family.

Job Duties:

• Troubleshoot problems on plant equipment and facilitate and determine maintenance requirements. Ability to go to root cause of problems. Perform proper follow-up on repairs to implement long term solutions;
• Responds to breakdowns on plant equipment, facilities and buildings. Ability to determine the need for temporary solutions or permanent solutions based on time constraints given by production;
• Maintains preventative maintenance programs and ensures regular checks and lubrication on all equipment;
• Maintains operation of the boiler systems, heating, steam and energy supply;
