Role Overview
The IIOT / OT Integration Specialist will focus on PLC data acquisition, OT network integration, and SCADA development to support reliable and scalable industrial data systems. This role is less focused on heavy PLC program development and more on connecting, configuring, and troubleshooting PLCs to ensure accurate and stable tag acquisition for SCADA and IIoT platforms.
The position also covers OT hardware troubleshooting and the implementation of new IIoT / IoT devices within the OT network, working closely with automation, maintenance, and digital teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and connect PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, OMRON) for data
acquisition and integration with SCADA, historians, and IIoT platforms. - Perform online PLC diagnostics to verify tag quality, communication health, and
