Key Responsibilities

• Process Optimization and Efficiency
  • Analyze and improve SMT and dip production processes to reduce cycle times, improve throughput, and enhance productivity.
  • Develop and implement time studies, process flow analysis, and balance lines to maximize efficiency.
  • Evaluate and refine layouts, material flow, and workstations to meet production targets.
  • Identify bottlenecks and provide actionable solutions to enhance production capacity.
• Cost Reduction Initiatives
  • Monitor material usage, labor efficiency, and equipment performance to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Evaluate alternative methods, tools, or technologies to reduce operating costs.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles such as 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement.
