Industrial Engineering Professional

Responsibilities

• Manage plant engineering projects
• Take charge of improvement and industrialization projects
• Lead Kaizen workshops to implement solutions and involve teams
• Establish and have the layout approved
• Monitor the implementation plans
• Support 5S activities
• Analyze capacity and define equipment/tooling requirements
• Produce business case to support acquisitions
• Create and maintain equipment/tool inventory
• Map the process linked to the management of equipment and tools

Qualifications

• College diploma or bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering
• At least 2 years experience in a manufacturing/factory environment with experience in layout management and tools
• Great abilities to popularize and simplify tasks
• Demonstrated organization, rigor, initiative and autonomy
