Industrial Engineering Manager – Manufacturing Excellence

Plasticos Castella SA is seeking an Industrial Engineering Manager based in Batu Kawan Penang. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and managing production systems, ensuring performance and cost control while continuously improving products and services.

You will establish and communicate engineering strategies, mentor engineers, and support process improvements across the site. Candidates should have 12–15 years of Industrial Engineering experience in contract manufacturing and strong communication and financial analytical skills.
