ergonomics, safety, quality, and cost standards

Responsibilities Design and maintain the design of the manufacturing system in each of its worksheets (Takt time, Time study, Machine capacity, Mixed model) with a Lean Manufacturing approach and ensuring the optimization of resources. Calculate standard hours in ECR (Cost Request), costs associated with material handling and equipment relocation cost (if applicable) Lead and/or elaborate Cost Request for machinery and equipment cost and calculation of standard hours.
