Responsibilities

• Support and perform time studies to determine real cycle time and identify potential improvements in the operation through analysis.
• Develop and maintain update the necessary documents to establish the production standard (SOPs, procedures, forms, etc.) when needed.
• Participate in improvement projects (Kaizen, lean systems, VPS projects, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Interact with the production department to develop better methods that help the operator achieve an efficient process and meet customer requirements.
• New projects responsibility:
  Works with the engineering team on time studies needed to define production rates and process methods.
• Perform time studies to obtain the real cycle time, work combination sheet, layout, and perform operation analysis to identify potential improvements from the start.
