Overview

Responsible for leading operational optimization initiatives and manufacturing technical support activities through the integration of Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing/Process Engineering principles, ensuring process capability, operational efficiency, productivity, process stability, and manufacturing robustness within an aerospace manufacturing environment. This position will have end-to-end ownership of Productivity and operational efficiency, Line balancing and capacity analysis, Manufacturing process robustness, Continuous improvement initiatives, Process validation and control, Waste and variability reduction.
