Industrial Engineering Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate improvement of planning efficiency for hub cost, productivity, and on-time performance.
• Develop and manage hub service initiative and cost plan.
• Maintain hub planning worksheet, holiday plan, and volume projection.
• Set up procedures and key performance indicators (KPIs); work with cross‑function teams for procedure and initiative deployment.
• Coordinate with APAC Air group and foreign gateways.
• Collaborate with Air, Brokerage, and region partners to set up procedures to improve hub operation performance.
• Develop and maintain hub MOP (Management of Operations Plan) and manage data flow maintenance and updates.
• Plan and regularly revisit air operations and hub sort staffing requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 2–3 years of industrial engineering–related experience preferred.
