We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to support our teams in Guadalajara, South Campus. The role reports to the Director of Engineering Processes and involves overseeing manufacturing operations for production lines, ensuring volume, quality and cost goals are met.
Key Responsibilities- Provide process time estimation to the quote team.
- Simulate process, materials, and manufacturing workflow and give input to process engineers using REFA, MOST, WITNESS or other tools.
- Coordinate process planning and setup during NPI, including takt, cycle time and direct labor requirements.
- Review results during prototyping and trial runs and provide feedback to NPI and sales teams.
