Our well-established client in the pharmaceutical industry has a vacancy available for a Junior Industrial Engineer based in Parktown.
The Industrial Engineer will function as a Business Process Engineer, working with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, continuous improvement, and innovation across the organisation. The role is focused on four core pillars: Project Management, Kaizen (continuous improvement), Data Analytics, and Innovation.
The individual will be responsible for executing and owning defined initiatives, analysing processes, and implementing improvements that deliver measurable business impact. The role requires strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights to support operational excellence.
Education
- Mandatory: BSc/BEng in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)
