Release & control product drawings, create & maintain item master data in ERP system, work with engineering team and world-wide stakeholders to ensure business smoothly running.
What You Will Do
- Create new product item in ERP system with required item attributes across CCNs to smooth ICA (inter-company automation) order booking process
- Pre-setup product BOM per request to smooth purchasing & planning flow
- Release and control product drawings, confer with drawing originators or engineering personnel to resolve discrepancies
- Release & maintain product BOM/routings in ERP system, verify completeness and ensure ERP data accuracy
- Work with design team to execute product change orders and make item data changes in ERP
- Maintain product item STD cost correctly and timely
- Post notification about drawing release and ERP data changes to related departments
