**Your Role & Responsibilities**:
- Design of standard work for all services area.
- Knowledge in SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Dies).
- Expertise for the analysis of times and movements.
- Analysis of the Takt time and balance of our collaborators.
- Basic knowledge in Ergonomic.
- Knowledge in VSM.
- Knowledge for executing the development, implementation and monitoring of the continuous improvement.
- Review the portals from our customers to monitor scorecards, bulletins.
- Knowledge basic in Run Rate.
- Participate in the fulfillment of company plans, objectives and goals.
**Your Skills & Strengths**:
- Career in Industrial, Manufacturing.
- 2 or 3 years in similar position.
- Bilingual English / Spanish (intermediate-advance level).
- Knowledge and handling AutoCAD software (intermediate-advance).
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication.
