Industrial Development Coordinator (Calgary)

Purpose of the Position

The Coordinator, Industrial Development supports the administration of customer track agreements and industrial development projects. The primary focus is managing agreements to mitigate risk and protect CPKC’s liability while enabling operational and commercial benefits. The secondary focus is supporting cross‑functional coordination to ensure due diligence throughout project planning and execution.

Position Accountabilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of customer track agreements, including drafting, negotiation, execution, administration, compliance, and enforcement.
• Perform day‑to‑day administration of agreements, ensuring timely responses to stakeholders while protecting CPKC from risk, particularly related to information disclosure.
• Maintain and monitor existing agreements, including renewals, expiries, and associated receivables; ensure accurate and up‑to‑date documentation and records.
