Position Summary
The Industrial Controls Technician will provide support to production by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment in accordance with all safety legislation and safety rules. The role involves diagnosing equipment malfunctions, determining root causes, and initiating immediate and long‑term corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Calibrate, commission, configure, install, and troubleshoot all pneumatic, electronic, electrical, mechanical, and analytical instrumentation devices.
- Calibrate and repair analytical instruments that monitor or control variables such as flow, level, temperature, pressure, acidity, conductivity, and humidity.
- Inspect malfunctioning or damaged equipment to identify root causes and report findings to Maintenance.
- Develop and design control systems logic.
