Industrial Construction Project Coordinator

Be part of Beedie’s growth as a Project Coordinator in industrial construction. Oversee various projects from design through to completion while working with our skilled management team.
In this role, you'll act as an Owner's Representative, ensuring project performance along with planning, scheduling, and contract management. You'll also support the Project Manager on specific scoped projects, facilitating effective project execution and documentation management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop preliminary construction and design schedules
• Create and issue project tender packages
• Maintain tracking logs for RFIs and shop drawings
• Provide project meeting support and minutes
• Assist in processing contractors’ progress billings
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2-4 years relevant experience in construction
• Technical diploma or university degree preferred
