OverviewThis role is to provide support for the Purchasing of Indirect materials, Services and Capital items for In Market Operations.The responsibilities include issuing Capital & Expense Purchase Orders and receiving invoices, as well as interacting with suppliers and contractors to manage the flow of purchase payment instructions and change orders.ResponsibilitiesAs an Indirect Purchasing Analyst, your functions will consist of:Demonstrate an understanding of Purchasing systems and processesCreate capital and other goods and services purchase orders and receive invoices for capital projectsInteract with suppliers and contractors to manage the flow of purchase payment instructions and change ordersMaintain and distribute purchase order packages to appropriate field personnel and authorized agentsResolve purchase order and receipt of goods and services discrepanciesDemonstrate a solid working knowledge of the SAP, Oracle and Ariba purchasing systemsProvide training to new managers ...
