:What will you work on?As a Indirect Procurement Category Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the Procurement team's efforts. You will help ensure Spin Master obtains the best combination of pricing, service, and quality across indirect spend categories for various goods and services, driving cost reduction and operational efficiency.
How will you create impact?
Create and execute global procurement strategies for assigned indirect spend categories.
Design and execute sourcing events (RFx), analyze supplier proposals, and manage post-award supplier activities.
Partner with business units and the legal team in the negotiation of contracts and agreements (e.g., MSAs, SOWs).
Prepare analysis and reports on spend data, market data, and cost modeling to support strategy development.
