Position Title: Indirect Buyer – AmericasDepartment: Procurement / PurchasingReports To: Regional Procurement Manager – AmericasPosition Purpose: The Indirect Buyer – Americas is responsible for the execution, placement, and follow‐up of purchase orders for indirect materials and services across the Americas region.Indirect procurement includes all goods and services not incorporated into the final product, such as services, maintenance, HR‐related purchases, production support, machinery‐related items, office supplies, and general operational needs.This role is execution‐focused, ensuring timely PO placement, order confirmation, delivery follow‐up, and issue resolution, while maintaining strong communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers.Scope & ResponsibilitiesCreate, release, and manage purchase orders for indirect materials and services in SAP.Ensure correct PO execution, confirmations, delivery tracking, and invoice alignment.Act as the primary point of contact for i...
