Indigenous Relationship Manager (Toronto)

Overview

This role, within the Indigenous Relations team, focuses on building and maintaining positive relationships with First Nations, Métis, and Inuit communities across Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain respectful relationships with Indigenous communities within the assigned region.
• Connect with community staff and elected leadership to understand priorities, goals, and economic interests.
• Travel to communities and attend meetings, gatherings, and events as appropriate (approximately 50% travel). Ability to access an airport is important.
• Lead presentations and information sessions about National Bank's services and opportunities.
• Listen to community needs and share insights with the Managing Director.
