Indigenous Relations Specialist

The Indigenous Relations Specialist leads the development and delivery of meaningful engagement initiatives with Indigenous communities connected to Badger’s projects. The role strengthens long‑term partnerships by ensuring respectful consultation, advancing opportunities in procurement and employment, supporting project teams with cultural insight, and ensuring commitments and regulatory expectations are met. This position plays a key role in integrating Indigenous perspectives, economic participation, and relationship‑building into project planning, execution, and ongoing operations.
