Independent Living & Hostel Coach (Community Facilitator)

MINDS is seeking a Community Facilitator (ELP and Hostel) to provide high-quality daily care for residents with intellectual disability and/or autism. You will supervise wellbeing, deliver training in independent living, leisure, sports and career skills, and help residents engage with the community.

You will collaborate with Life Coaches, Training Officers and a multidisciplinary team to support residents, maintain records, and ensure safety.
