We are seeking a highly qualified and independent director to join the Board of a BSP‑regulated entity operating as an Operator of Payment Systems (OPS). The Independent Director shall provide objective oversight of governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance in accordance with the Manual of Regulations for Payment Systems (MORPS) and the Manual of Regulations for Non‑Bank Financial Institutions (MORNBFI).
