Incubation Program Lead: Startup Growth & Mentorship

Singapore Management University invites applications for a programme manager within the Institute of Innovation & Entrepreneurship (IIE). You will lead startup support activities across ideation to scale-up, organize Office Hours and Founder sessions, and help design the incubation program with clear milestones.

You will source and recruit startups, oversee selection, manage timelines, engage mentors, and build partnerships with investors and sponsors.
