Incoming Inspection Technician (Centro)

ResponsibilitiesInspect raw material at incoming inspection to assure compliance with requirements.Support supervisor to meet defined KPIs and quality standards.Perform MRB activities, disposition, sort, rework, RTVs, etc.Support the track of maintenance and calibration required for lab equipment.Applies the CIP philosophy by leading or participating in CIP teams to find the root cause of problems in his area and implements action to improve the process and the quality of the products.
Assures the correct measurement techniques.Experience & Knowledge2 to 4 years in the following topics:Incoming inspection & MRBSupport flexibility plan of his areaMust ExperienceCMM - Coordinate Measurement MachineManual measuring systems with ring gauge, thread gauge, caliper, micrometer, etc.Gauge R&R; knowledgeDrawing interpretationGeometric tolerances (GD&T)Electrical inspection IPC610Schedule flexibility and traveling availability (USA- Visa).
