Job Responsibilities

• The Income Audit Manager is responsible for overseeing the accuracy and integrity of the hotel’s daily revenue reporting and audit processes. Reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Income Audit, this role supports both the Income Audit Manager and Income Audit Associates in ensuring timely and precise income audits. The Income Audit Manager verifies and reconciles all revenue streams in compliance with company policies and accounting standards, playing a critical role in maintaining financial integrity and supporting operational decision‑making.
• Lead and manage the daily income audit process from all departments (Rooms, F&B, Events, etc.)
• Verify and reconcile daily revenue reports by cross‑referencing system‑generated data from Opera Cloud PMS, POS systems in other outlets to ensure consistency and accuracy in all postings.
