As a Program Leader, you will oversee the W.E.S.O.A.R! initiatives, ensuring the safe delivery of activities for 8-10 participants in the community. Key duties include program planning, implementing engaging activities, and maintaining open communication with caregivers. Your leadership will drive exceptional experiences for program participants, supported by volunteers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct engaging and inclusive recreational activities
• Develop program materials and manage budgeting tasks
• Ensure safety through medication administration and documentation
