Child Care Inclusion Worker

Bright Beginnings Educare - Headingley 15 minutes west of Winnipeg (no bus service)
Hours
Monday–Friday 40 hours per week between 6:45 am and 6:00 pm
About The Role
The Inclusion Worker supports the implementation of individualized strategies that promote the child’s physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and communication development while encouraging independence and meaningful participation in all daily routines and activities.
This position is collaborative in nature and works as part of the classroom team and roles are shared with other staff in the room. The successful candidate will assist with implementing recommendations from therapists and other professionals while supporting all educators in providing high-quality inclusive care.
