Incident Response & IT Operations Lead

CallTek in the Philippines is seeking an IT Incident Management Specialist to ensure operational continuity by managing incidents efficiently. You will oversee links, servers, and network devices while maintaining records of all incidents, generating status reports, and liaising with internal teams and vendors.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and knowledge of IT systems, networking, and incident management frameworks. ITIL certification is preferred.
