We are currently seeking a Incident, Problem and Vendor Management to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Role Summary:
Lead Software Engineer responsible for end-to-end production support of uLINC and UFH integration platforms. Leads incident management, vendor coordination, and root cause analysis across hybrid environments. Acts as the primary escalation point ensuring system stability and SLA adherence.


Key Responsibilities:

Own P1–P3 incident resolution, triage, and bridge coordination
Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management across vendors
Coordinate with external vendors (IBM, SaaS providers) for escalations and resolution
