Overview

We are looking for a Technical Incident Manager / Service Desk specialist to work in a hands‑on capacity within a busy support environment. In this role you will manage support tickets, allocate incidents to appropriate teams, and ensure seamless delivery of services to external customers. You will maintain excellent technical knowledge of our products and be involved in the day‑to‑day operations of the service desk.
