Role: Incident Coordinator/ Manager
Job Description:
We are requesting 1 dedicated resource to support weekend data incident coverage. The resource will join incidents bridge calls for newmass items that are tagged as data and support the ECC in handling the data incident. They will aid in identifying impacted data teams and the data team contacts that need to be pulled onto the call. They will also assist in determining business impact, assist with crafting incident status updates and ensure meta data fields that L1 Enablement team needs are captured. Additionally, when incident bridges aren’t occurring, they will aid in documenting the RCA for the incident bridge they were on, aid in creating data flows/data flow lineage, monitor Dynatrace dashboard/data pipelines alerts, configure data observability tool and support any other area’s for L1 Enablement.
