Were growing our inbound sales team and looking for an ISDR who enjoys real conversations, fast follow-up, and turning genuine interest into qualified pipeline not scripted, pushy selling. If youre quick on the phone, curious about what a prospect actually needs, and good at building trust in a single conversation, this role is for you. What Youll Do Respond quickly to inbound leads generated from webinars, whitepapers, eBooks, checklists, and other lead magnets. Call and engage leads promptly to understand their needs and gauge intent. Qualify leads against defined criteria (budget, need, timeline, authority) before handing off. Build rapport through clear, confident, and professional phone and email communication. Nurture leads that arent sales-ready yet with timely, relevant follow-ups. Qualify prospects and convert them into booked meetings for Account Executives. Log all calls, lead status, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM.
