Inbound Sales Manager (Nl) (Barcelona)

Join us as an Inbound Sales Manager (NL) , based in Barcelona , to drive revenue growth and establish Qonto's presence in the Dutch market, one of our key expansion priorities. You'll be instrumental in opening and scaling this strategic market through consultative selling and relationship building with Dutch SMEs.

As part of our Dutch team, you'll work closely with Mattia , our Inbound Sales Lead (Central Europe) , and Georg , our Managing Director (NL) , to build trust with new prospects while embracing continuous improvement and innovative approaches to market entry.

• Qualify and convert inbound leads from Dutch prospects using consultative selling techniques (SPIN/BANT methodology) to drive revenue growth.
• Establish trust and credibility with Dutch SMEs who may be unfamiliar with Qonto, positioning us as their go-to banking solution.
