Inbound Lead
As an Inbound Lead you will ensure the timely and proper arrival of raw materials through coordination with maritime, land, and air departments, seeking operational and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage the parameterization of orders in SAP to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
- Fulfill requests from internal clients such as Customer Care and/or planning by managing daily deliveries on time.
- Prepare the corresponding reports of orders in transit to support GBS, aiming to visualize the status of each purchase order.
- Review quotes for unforeseen expenses related to the shipment of raw materials to ensure they align with the required handling.
- Resolve or escalate issues related to any material to avoid extra costs and ensure the correct shipping method.
