In Store Visual Merchandising Manager

Job responsibilities

• Conceptualize, implement & adapt visual display guidelines in accordance with Central and Zone’s guidelines and specify to market needs for Marina Bay Sands store
• Collaborate with retail to factor in business needs into the visual display and at the same time ensure there’s elevation of image and desirability reflected in Marina Bay Sands store
• Mentor country VM teams' performance and work quality to ensure the results meet the standards of the brand and in accordance with VM guidelines
• Lead and set visual displays standards for window projects, key-events, renovations, and product launches in collaboration with Merchandising & Retail team for the country
• Oversee in-store merchandising & window display to ensure accordance with Central and Zone’s directives and standards for the Maison store
• Oversee and optimize VM props usage and maintenance in the Maison store
