The Inside Sales Representatives receive and process client walk‑in or phone orders, inquiries, and/or issues covering items or products ordered along with showroom sales and inquiries from walk‑in clients. Accountable for meeting sales targets associated with Linde Canada packaged gas business.
What you will enjoy doing*
- Assist customers with welding applications and product selection to ensure Linde products meet their requirements. Efficiently process customer orders and respond to walk‑in and telephone sales inquiries.
- Sell gases and welding products to both walk‑in and telephone customers.
- Focus on up‑selling gases and other welding products to customers in person and over the phone.
- Process all cash, charge, and credit card orders, amending orders as needed for invoicing.
