Job Purpose
Serve as the company’s strategic legal partner. Protect company assets, enable business deals, and ensure operations remain compliant. Deliver practical, fast, and commercially sound counsel that balances risk with opportunity — beyond legal theory.
Key Result Areas:
1. Contract Lifecycle Management
Draft, review, negotiate, and close all commercial, vendor, client, NDA, employment, and lease agreements. Partner with Procurement, Sales, HR to balance risk vs business goals.
2. Legal Representation & Dispute Management
Represent the company in labor cases, civil disputes, regulatory hearings, arbitration. Coordinate with external counsel for court litigation. Aim for early settlement to save cost.
